Springing New Life into God's Playground at Maple Springs

Maple Springs is kicking off a campaign to update our main playground.  This playground is used by our church, preschool families, and the community.  By Labor Day, our goal is to raise $50,000 to fund this project.  We are well on our way with $40,481 already raised.  Amazing support for our children!  Join us Sunday, October 2 at noon to celebrate our new playground.  There will be a free hot dog lunch and bake sale with proceeds supporting the playground project.

Our plans include:

  • An inclusive swing for our swing bay
  • A main piece that features 3 slides and will be usable for ages 2 and up
  • A cozy pod and teacup spinner
  • A "GaGa pit" - a form of dodgeball that originated in Israel and is enjoyed by our youth

Ways to give:

  • Checks to Maple Springs UMC designated "Playground"
  •  Donate Online  and designate "Playground"

Specific items to donate:

  • A "slice" of the GaGa pit = $500
  • Inclusive Swing = $1,000
  • Slide on the main piece = $1,500
  • Cozy Pod = $2,500
  • Teacup spinner = $2,500

Gifts can be made in honor or memory of a loved one. Great birthday gift idea!

Thank you for helping us provide a safe and accessible play space for all children.
