Mary Taylor Setliff, Coordinator of Children and Family Ministries
Mary Taylor graduated from Wake Forest University in 2007 with a B.A. in English and minors in psychology and sociology. Mary Taylor has served at Dilworth United Methodist Church (Charlotte) and New Hope United Methodist Church (Winston-Salem).
Mary Taylor’s responsibilities include coordinating Sunday school, leading DIRT, equipping volunteers, and overseeing other children’s activities. She enjoys seeing the kids grow in their faith and witnessing volunteers thrive in their gift area
During her time in Winston-Salem, Mary Taylor has enjoyed being involved with the Yadkin Valley District of the Western North Carolina Conference. She enjoys helping to plan the yearly Unplugged Retreat for 4th and 5th graders and the MAD4X event for 3rd-5th graders.
Mary Taylor and her husband, Drew, enjoy spending their spare time cheering on the Wake Forest Demon Deacons at football and basketball games. Drew and Mary Taylor have 3 young children- Harrison, Emmy and Caroline. Those 3 keep them busy! She loves how excited her kids get about coming to church. Mary Taylor is thankful to be a part of the Maple Springs family.
